Flight Path Museum Tour – December 6, 2016

Immediately following the ARC Holiday Luncheon, we will have an opportunity to tour the Flight Path Museum (the museum is located just across Imperial Avenue from the Embassy Suites). Within the museum is the Space Gallery exhibit that was just opened to the public in September. ARC member Steve Soukup worked on behalf of the museum to establish the Gallery. The museum funded the production and installation of all of the displays and graphics, and Aerospace provided the artistic and technical talent needed to develop the displays and graphics as an in-kind donation to the museum. Steve has agreed to conduct a one hour tour for us of the gallery after our ARC luncheon (at approximately 2:00pm). The museum (map) is within walking distance from Embassy Suites, or there is plenty of parking at the museum. Please RSVP with your name and the number of people in your group if you are interested in the tour.
BTW: The museum is currently seeking the donation or loan of space-related artifacts of historic value to display in their gallery. If you have items that you would be willing to contribute, please contact Steve at TOBOR1@aol.com.
